What data is processed

This website has no forms, requires no registration and does not install cookies or any analytics or advertising tools. You do not need to provide any personal data to browse it.

The only data processed is the following:

  • Server logs. Like any web server, the one hosting this site records the IP address, date and time and the page requested. They are used only to keep the service secure and running and are kept for no longer than necessary. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Map. The “How to find us” map is drawn with OpenStreetMap images, which your browser downloads from the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation. Those servers receive your IP address, as with any image on the internet. See their privacy policy.
  • If you phone us to book a table, we will use the details you give us only to manage your booking.

The “Open in Google Maps” button is just a link: Google receives nothing until you click it, after which Google's own privacy policy applies.

Processors and recipients

The website is hosted on servers of Contabo GmbH in the European Union, acting as data processor. No data is disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@elmuelletazacorte.com or by post to the controller's address. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
